Le total previsionnel de la surface hors oeuvre net est d'environ 23 422 m2, repartie en 3 fonctions : -- fonctions pedagogiques : enseignement general, technique et professionnel, -- fonctions centrales : CDI, professeurs, vie scolaire, espace polyvalent, accueil, administration, service medico-social, restauration, equipement sportif, -- fonctions complementaires : internat, logements de fonction, sanitaires eleves, maintenance et entretien. Le programme comprend tous les amenagements exterieurs : parkings, plateau sportif, amenagement des voies de desserte. Les travaux sont decomposes en 11 lots : Le lot 00 " terrassements et travaux preparatoires " est traite separement en procedure adaptee petit lot.
