Le marche est constitue de deux phases: -- phase 1: enquete de conteneurisation; -- phase 2: fourniture et gestion des bacs roulants les prix du marche sont au BPU, au catalogue et sur devis. Une visite de site est fortement conseillee (cf. article 2.8 du RC). Les echantillons devront etre livres au centre technique d'exploitation dans le meme delai maximal de remise que les offres dematerialisees. Le marche devra consacrer au moins 10 % de son temps global d'execution pour permettre l'acces et le retour a l'emploi des personnes rencontrant des difficultes sociales et professionnelles particulieres.Awards
