Le projet s'inscrit dans le plan de relance. Le batiment, construit en 1990, abrite 3 amphitheatres. C'est un batiment en RDC relie par un niveau de sous-sol et separe en deux zones par un parvis en surface depuis lequel sont accessibles les amphitheatres. Une premiere zone abrite l'amphitheatre 1 de 789 places, la seconde les amphitheatres 2 et 3 de 340 places chacun. Les sanitaires, situes en sous-sol sont accessibles par des escaliers dans les deux zones et par une rampe exterieure permettant l'accessibilite aux PMR. Le projet porte sur une renovation energetique et technique globale du batiment abritant les amphitheatres 1, 2, 3. La surface a rehabiliter est d'environ 1 660 m2 de surface utile.
