Les prestations font l'objet de 2 lots geographiques. Chaque lot donnera lieu a l'etablissement d'un marche a bons de commande d'un montant minimum annuel de 1 500 000 EUR HT et d'un montant maximum annuel de 6 000 000 EUR (HT). La decomposition en lots techniques figurant dans le dossier de consultation ne correspond pas a un allotissement mais a une description des corps d'etat. L'offre presentee par le candidat devra porter sur l'ensemble des prestations objet du lot geographique. Un meme candidat ne pourra se voir attribuer plus d'un lot. Le candidat n'a pas la possibilite de presenter pour le marche plusieurs offres en agissant a la fois: en qualite de candidat individuel et de membre d'un ou plusieurs groupements; en qualite de membre de plusieurs groupements. Chaque marche prendra effet a compter du 1.6.2011 et sera conclu pour une duree ferme de 24 mois, soit jusqu'au 31.5.2013. Chaque marche pourra faire l'objet de 2 reconductions de 12 mois chacune, sans pouvoir exceder le 31.5.2015.Awards
