Chaque accord-cadre sera conclu sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 700 000 EUR (HT). Sur la duree globale de 4 ans. Chaque accord-cadre est conclu pour une duree ferme d'un an. Il entre en vigueur a compter de sa date de notification au titulaire. Chaque accord-cadre est renouvelable trois fois un an, par reconduction tacite. La duree totale de chaque accord-cadre ne pourra exceder 4 an(s). Le titulaire ne saurait pretendre a aucune indemnite du fait de la non reconduction de l'accord-cadre. La reconduction de l'accord-cadre ne peut etre refusee par le titulaire. En cas de non reconduction le titulaire est informe par l'ANSM au moins 1 mois avant l'echeance de l'accord-cadre.Awards
