Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre a bons de commande passe selon la procedure adaptee en application des articles L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1-3o, R. 2162-1 a R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique. La presente consultation est decomposee en 74 lots definis a l'annexe 1 du CCTP. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'un contrat-cadre a bon de commande mono-attributaire correspondant chacun a une action de formation. Attention, les lots no 9 et no 70 seront attribues a 2 titulaires (les 2 premiers mieux places), chacun se voyant attribue une action de formation sur le meme objet.Awards
