This process is to purchase La presente consultation porte sur les marches de travaux a attribuer pour la realisation du projet HYDROPOLIS - site La Valette. La presente operation consiste en une rehabilitation/reconversion de deux batiments, Confluence et Minea du site La Valette a Montpellier. Ces deux batiments datant des annees 80 et n ont pas fait l objet de travaux d envergure, hormis la rehabilitation partielle de Minea entre 2000 et 2004 en sa partie Sud. Le programme porte sur 1 586 metres carres SU. Le projet se compose d'espaces tertiaires classiques ainsi que d'espaces permettant le developpement d'une recherche collaborative au travers des espaces suivants : espaces collaboratifs pour l'accueil d'entreprises, salle d'experimentation sociale, show-room et salle de conference.Les travaux se deroulent en batiments non occupes cependant sur un site en exploitation. Il est a mentionne que le batiment Minea sera en activite, occupe par les agents en sa partie Sud. Les travaux se deroulent sur l ensemble du batiment Minea pour le seul lot 02 Charpente metallique. Les equipes de chercheurs des batiments Minea et Confluence seront relogees sur place dans une solution de batiments modulaires.
