L'operation de travaux comprend donc la realisation: -- Du Batiment A qui se nomme: Agula Marina (28 logements) -- Du Batiment B qui se nomme: Cardellina (24 logements) -- Du Batiment C qui se nomme : Rondinella ( 24 logements) -- Des VRD et amenagements paysagers Il est a noter que l'operation fait l'objet d'une certification Habitat et Environnement BBC Effinergie RT 2005. Le present marche ne concerne que la realisation des batiments. Les travaux correspondant a la realisation des VRD et amenagements paysagers feront l"objet d'une procedure de mise en concurrence distincte. Les candidats devront neanmoins tenir compte des limites de prestations entre les travaux relatifs aux batiments et les travaux relatifs aux VRD et amenagements paysagers definis dans le CCTP.Awards
