Il a pour objet des operations d'entretien regulier de la vegetation rivulaire des cours d'eau, de leurs berges et lit, ainsi que des annexes hydrauliques associees. A cela s'ajoutent des operations de preservation et de revalorisation des sites (en deca des seuils reglementaires de declaration au titre de la police de l'eau), notamment pour la suppression de petits obstacles a l'ecoulement, les mares, zones humides, protection de berges, qui se feront de maniere concomitantes avec les operations d'entretien. Les prestations ont ete reparties en quatre lots geographiques decrits ci-apres. Chaque lot est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire execute par emission de bons de commande au fur et a mesure des besoins. Attention: limitation du nombre de lots pouvant etre attribues.
