Le projet sera developpe en BIM. Construit en 1959, ce quartier est compose de 58 logements individuels jumeles deux par deux. Cette operation de rehabilitation concerne 56 logements (deux logements incendies etant reconstruits en totalite) repartis: six logements T 5 en RDC, douze logements T 4 avec etage, 38 logements T 3 en RDC. Ces batiments sont situes dans un quartier residentiel et se situent rue Helene Boucher, rue Bleriot et place de l'Aviation a Dax. De par leur anciennete, ces logements cumulent des problemes techniques de vetuste (absence ou peu d'isolation thermique, ventilation peu performante, sanitaires (WC, SBD et cuisines) vetustes, electricite et plomberie d'origine. Les reseaux d'evacuation des eaux usees et vannes sont dans un etat tres moyen.Awards
