Les prestations se divisent le la maniere suivante: 1- prestations principales divisees en trois missions: A -- mission <<schema directeur de l'energie>>; B -- mission <<service public de l'energie>>( en 5 volets dont un volet (B5) a tranche conditionnelle); C -- mission <<concertation avec le citoyen>> 2- prestations complementaires, sans montant minimum avec un montant maximum 50 000 EUR HT.
