Chaque lot est attribue a trois titulaires. il s'agit d'un accord-cadre a bons de commande << en cascade >> : a l'apparition d'un besoin sur un lot, c'est le titulaire classe 1er lors de l'analyse de l'accord-cadre qui est sollicite et ce n'est que s'il n'est pas en mesure de repondre a la demande de l'Apec que le 2eme titulaire sera mobilise.
