La consultation se compose de 2 lots, chaque lot donnant lieu a un marche, conformement aux dispositions de l'article 10 du CMP. Chaque lot est traite pour partie a prix global et forfaitaire et pour partie a bons de commande. Pour le lot 1, le montant maximum de la part a commande est fixe a 5 % du montant forfaitaire HT pour 12 mois. Pour le lot 2, le montant maximum de la part a commande est fixe a 6 000 EUR HT pour 12 mois. La date previsionnelle de demarrage des prestations du marche est fixee au 1.9.2014. Le marche est conclu pour une periode initiale de 12 mois allant du 1.9.2014 au douzieme mois suivant inclus. Il est reconductible de maniere tacite trois fois pour des periodes de 12 mois (soit une duree maximum de quatre ans). La reconduction du marche est tacite, le titulaire ne peut s'y opposer.Awards
