Les candidats pourront soumissionner sur un ou plusieurs des lots, sous la reserve suivante: -- en raison de l'objet du lot no1 comportant une assistance a maitrise d'ouvrage pour la coordination de l'ensemble des lots numerotes de 2 a 5, le candidat qui soumissionne pour le lot no1 ne pourra pas soumissionner aux autres lots du present appel d'offres ouvert. Chaque accord-cadre vaut contrat-cadre.les marches subsequents seront attribues dans les conditions definies dans l'accord-cadre.
