Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre (articles R. 2162-1 a R. 2162-6 du CCP) donnant lieu a des bons de commande (articles R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du CCP). Le marche prend effet pour une duree d'un (1) an a compter de sa date de notification. Il est reconductible trois (3) fois par tacite reconduction pour une duree d'un (1) an. La duree totale du marche ne pourra exceder quatre (4) ans. Le pouvoir adjudicateur pourra, jusqu'a trois (3) mois avant le terme du marche, decider de ne pas le reconduire.Awards
