Suite a cette derniere, le lot 1 a ete declare sans suite pour motif d'interet general car il ressortait une insuffisante concurrence faute de la presence d'une pluralite d'offres qui ne permettait pas de designer l'offre economiquement la plus avantageuse. Le lot 2 a ete declare sans suite pour cause d' infructuosite, l'unique offre ayant ete declaree irreguliere. Le lot 3, le lot 4, le lot 6 et le lot 8 n'ont fait l'objet d'aucune offres.
