Le RDC accueillera des bureaux et laboratoires de recherche ainsi que des locaux de stockage gaz et des locaux techniques. Le R+1 accueillera des bureaux et laboratoires de recherche. Le R+3 est entierement dedie aux locaux techniques. L'etablissement est assujetti au code du travail. La duree globale indicative du marche est de 28 mois (2 mois de preparation -- 14 mois de travaux -- 12 mois correspondant au delai de garantie de parfait achevement eventuellement prolonge).
