L'ensemble des emplacements prevus au sein des services de la ville ne pouvant etre raccordes a l'eau courante, les fontaines proposees devront imperativement fonctionner avec des bonbonnes permettant l'obtention d'eau froide et d'eau chaude. Les prestations seront remunerees par emission de bons de commande, dont le montant maximum annuel est fixe a 150 000 EUR (HT) dont 10 000 EUR (HT) reserves au CCAS. Il n'y a aucun montant minimum.
