Groupement de commandes Ville d'Arles et CCAS d'Arles. Procedure formalisee (article L. 2124-1 du code) de type appel d'offres ouvert (article L. 2124-2 du code) conformement aux articles R. 2124-1 & 2 et R. 2161-2 a 5 du code. Trois lots. Pour chaque lot, l'acheteur decide de recourir a un accord-cadre conformement aux articles R. 2162-1 a 6 du code. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire de fournitures, qui, conformement aux articles R. 2162-13 & 14 du code, sera execute par l'emission de bons de commande notifies par chaque acheteur au fur et a mesure des besoins. Pour chaque lot, le marche est conclu a compter de sa date de notification pour une periode initiale d'un an (12 mois). Le marche peut etre reconduit par periode successive d'un an pour une duree maximale de reconduction de trois ans.Awards
