Les prestations objets du present accord-cadre repondent aux besoins actuels de la Communaute urbaine du Grand Reims et de la ville de Reims et aux besoins eventuels des adherents a la centrale d'achat. Le present accord-cadre se decompose en 2 lots. Chaque lot sera conclu avec un seul operateur economique. Le present accord-cadre est etabli pour une duree de quatre (4) ans a compter de sa date de notification. Sans prejudice des dispositions des articles 29 et suivants CCAG-FCS, il est resiliable a chaque date anniversaire par decision de la personne publique contractante notifiee au titulaire par lettre recommandee avec accuse de reception deux (2) mois avant l'echeance de la periode en cours. Cette denonciation n'ouvre droit a aucune indemnite au titulaire.Awards
