Le lot 1 <<Depollution>> a ete lance en procedure MAPA <<Petit lot>> de l'article 22 du decret precedemment cite et est en cours d'attribution. Duree des marches: 21 mois a compter de la notification. Delai global d'execution des travaux: 16 mois a compter de l'os 1. Le groupe scolaire doit etre livre pour la rentree de 9.2019. Afin de respecter le planning des travaux, les entreprises ont l'obligation de travailler aux mois d'aout 2018 et aout 2019, pour la levee d'eventuelles reserves. Ce groupe scolaire comprendra 15 classes, des locaux annexes (salles specialisees, restaurant scolaire), les espaces partages ou devolus au periscolaire ainsi que des espaces exterieurs (cours, parvis...). Un logement pour le gardien est egalement integre a l'operation. Ce projet sera exemplaire en matiere de qualite environnementale (niveau Bepos)Awards
