Elle s'inscrit dans le cadre d'une demarche d'insertion sociale (clauses d'insertion sociale pour certains lots) et environnementale (batiment basse consommation et principes de qualite environnementale avec notamment une charte de chantier a faible nuisance). Les batiments existants seront deconstruits au fur et a mesure de la livraison des batiments neufs afin de maintenir l'activite scolaire. Clauses d'insertion sociale: En application de l'article 14 du code des marches publics, les titulaires des lots 4, 8, 9, 20 et 21 ont l'obligation, dans le cadre de l'execution des prestations, de promouvoir l'emploi de personnes rencontrant des difficultes particulieres d'insertion, dans les conditions posees par le marche. Le charge de mission clauses d'insertion du Conseil General de la Cote-d'Or se tient a la disposition des entreprises pour les informer des modalites de mise en oeuvre de la clause d'insertion.
