Le programme de l'operation consiste en la reconversion l'Ehpad avec l'implantation dans un premier temps du Musee du Verre. Le musee, labellise Musee de France, sera localise au sein du batiment principal de l'actuel Ehpad (Topaze) et accueillera des expositions permanentes de verrerie declinees sous differents themes (art deco, art nouveaux, vitraux?), ainsi que des expositions temporaires. Un espace de conferences et de seminaires pourrait egalement etre amenage au sein de l'ancien pressoir. Une partie des travaux portera sur la restauration du clos / couvert des batiments ancienne hotellerie et l'ancien pressoir inscrits a l'inventaire du patrimoine.
