Pour chacun des lots, il s'agit d'un accord-cadre a bons de commande sans montant minimal annuel et sans montant maximal annuel. Il s'agit d'un marche alloti (treize lots). Les lots sont dissociables. Le candidat peut repondre a un, plusieurs, ou l'ensemble des lots. Pour chacun des lots, le marche est etabli pour une duree de quatre ans maximum a compter de la date d'effet indiquee dans la notification du marche. La Ville pourra toutefois y mettre fin chaque annee, quatre mois avant la date d'anniversaire de la notification du marche, par lettre recommandee avec accuse reception adressee au titulaire.
