Elle donnera lieu, en application de l'article R. 2162-1, du deuxieme alinea de l'article R. 2162-2 et des articles R. 2162-4-2deg, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique a la conclusion d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire composite, c'est-a-dire correspondant pour partie a un marche ordinaire a prix global et forfaitaire (partie A), et pour partie a un accord-cadre a bons de commande a prix unitaires (partie B). L'Accord-Cadre est conclu sans minimum, mais avec un montant maximum annuel de 100 000 euros (H.T.).
