Les prestations objets du present accord-cadre repondent aux besoins des pouvoirs adjudicateurs suivants: -- besoins actuels de la Communaute urbaine du Grand Reims, -- besoins eventuels des adherents a la Centrale d'achat. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre, passe en application des articles 78 et 80 du decret no 2016-360 relatif aux marches publics, et conclu sans minimum ni maximum.
