La convention constitutive du groupement de commande a designe Riom Communaute comme coordinateur du groupement. Le marche de maitrise d'oeuvre comprend une tranche ferme (rehabilitation complete de la halle y compris facades jusqu'a l'apd niveau plan) et une tranche conditionnelle (restauration des facades a partir de l'apd niveau estimation financiere). La mission sera de type Base + SSI. La part de l'enveloppe financiere affectee aux travaux par le maitre de l'ouvrage est fixee a 1 400 000 EUR (HT) (date de valeur mai 2011) pour la tranche ferme et 520 000 EUR (HT) pour la tranche conditionnelle. Date previsionnelle de debut des prestations: mars 2012. Date previsionnelle de debut des travaux: fevrier 2013.
