La consultation est passee dans le cadre du groupement de commandes constitue par la commune et le Centre communal d'action sociale (CCAS) de Pont-l'Abbe. La commune est le coordonnateur du groupement. Pour chaque lot, l'entreprise retenue (au terme de la procedure groupee) signera un accord-cadre avec chaque membre du groupement, a hauteur de ses besoins propres.
