Le marche est divise en deux lots. Le marche prend la forme d'un accord-cadre a bons de commande au sens du 2e alinea de l'article R. 2162-2 du code de la commande publique, lequel est execute par l'emission de bons de commandes successifs dans les conditions prevues aux articles R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre est mono-attributaire et est conclu sans minimum mais avec un maximum. Le marche est passe pour la periode a compter du 1.1.2022 ou de la date de reception de la notification si celle-ci est ulterieure, jusqu'au 31.12.2022.. Cette periode initiale est reconductible tacitement pour trois periodes de douze mois.Awards
