Le projet s'inscrit dans une demarche durable. Le maitre d'ouvrage a pour objectif d'obtenir la certification haute qualite environnementale (HQE(TM)) et la certification internationale Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design New Construction (leed(r) nc) dont le niveau Silver est vise. La presente consultation porte uniquement sur une premiere partie du projet global, a savoir sur: -- l'ensemble des terrassements, -- une partie des batiments (hall d'exposition, parking silo et rue centrale), -- certains amenagements exterieurs (parkings exterieurs, voiries internes, bassins d'orage), -- les dessertes routieres (amorce du prolongement de la Rd902, raccordements au reseau departemental et national).
