La consultation est lancee selon la procedure de l'appel d'offres ouvert prevue aux articles R. 2124-1 a R. 2124-3, R. 2124-5 et R. 2161-2 a R. 2161-5 du code de la commande publique du 1.4.2019. Le marche est conclu sous la forme d'un accord-cadre a bons de commande sans minimum ni maximum, en vertu des articles R. 2162-1 a R. 2161-6 et R. 2162-13 a R. 2162-14 du meme code. Le marche est divise en trois lots. Les prix sont unitaires et fermes la 1re annee puis revisables dans les conditions fixees dans le CCAP. Les variantes ne sont pas autorisees. Le marche est conclu pour une duree de douze mois a compter du 1.1.2021 soit la date de debut d'execution du marche. La notification interviendra fin 2020 pour permettre la mise en place du marche. Ce marche est reconductible tacitement trois fois douze mois au maximum. Attention il y a des visites de cuisines obligatoires (voir reglement de consultation et son annexe 1).
