Cette fourniture se fera en differents points de livraison situes en Charente (cf. article II.2 du CCTP). Les prestations sont reparties en trois lots: -- lot no 1: fourniture et livraison de carburants (gasoil et gasoil non routier); -- lot no 2: fourniture d'Adblue; -- lot no 3: fourniture de B100 avec mise a disposition de cuves et adaptation des vehicules. Chaque lot sera attribue a quatre operateurs economiques (sous reserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres), sauf pour le lot no 3 qui sera mono-attributaire. Les accords-cadres sans minimum ni maximum donneront lieu a la conclusion de marches subsequents. Ces derniers seront des marches a bons de commande. Les accords-cadres sont conclus pour une periode initiale de deux ans fermes a compter du 30.11.2020, et ce jusqu'au 29.11.2022 et pourront etre reconduits annuellement sans que leur duree globale ne depasse quatre ans.Awards
