Il n'est prevu ni minimum ni maximum pour chacun des lots. Les marches subsequents seront passes au fur et a mesure de l'apparition des besoins apres remise en concurrence des titulaires. L'accord cadre est reconductible 3 fois, de maniere expresse pour 1 an, soit une duree max de 4 ans. Cette consultation comporte une clause environnementale. La presence dans l'offre d'echantillons est obligatoire pour les lots 1, 2, 3 et 6. L'accord cadre est traite a prix unitaires, fermes la premiere annee et revisables a date anniversaire.
