La communaute urbaine de Lyon est proprietaire depuis janvier 2008 de la caserne du Sergent Blandan situee dans le 7eme arrondissement de Lyon. Le projet de reconversion de cette caserne a pour objectif de creer un parc espace public, lieu de detente et de loisirs au coeur de l'agglomeration, en exploitant les qualites de ce site exceptionnel de 17 hectares. Un marche de maitrise d'oeuvre a ete lance sur le projet d'amenagement du parc, en dehors de toute programmation sur les batis. Les travaux sont scindes en deux tranches: Tavaux d'amenagement du parc Blandan entite Esplanade et Douves, puis travaux d'amenagement du parc Blandan entite chateau Lamotte. Seule la premiere tranche fait l'objet des appels d'offres lances ci-dessous. Ils concernent les amenagements lies aux entites esplanade d'une part et douves d'autres part.Awards
