Cette consultation sera passee en application de l'article 77 du code des marches publics relatif aux marches a bons de commande. Il s'agit de marches a bons de commande avec minimum et maximum. Il s'agit d'un marche de service d'entretien et de reparation. Le marche est conclu pour une duree d'un an a compter de sa date de notification. Le marche pourra etre reconduit expressement par periodes successives de 1 an, la duree maximale du marche, les 2 periodes de reconductions comprises, ne pouvant exceder 3 ans. Si le pouvoir adjudicateur decide de reconduire le marche, le titulaire ne pourra pas refuser cette reconduction. En cas de non-reconduction, le titulaire reste cependant engage jusqu'a la fin de la periode en cours. Le SDE35 se reserve la possibilite d'interrompre eventuellement le present marche au cours de la 3eme annee entre le 31.12.2013 et la date d'echeance afin de permettre la mise en oeuvre d'un nouveau marche a une date plus precoce courant 2014, et le cas echeant au 1.1.2014.Awards
