Elle fixe le cadre juridique necessaire a la passation de l'accord-cadre. Elle designe GrandAngouleme comme coordonnateur. A ce titre, GrandAngouleme a pour mission d'organiser l'ensemble des operations de selection pour les membres du groupement. Par ailleurs, conformement a l'article L. 2113-7 du code de la commande publique, le coordonnateur est charge de signer et de notifier les accords-cadres, chaque membre du groupement, pour ce qui le concerne, s'assurant de leur bonne execution et de la passation des marches subsequents.Awards
