L'operation comprend egalement la construction d'une chaufferie bois, la refection de l'etancheite au sol des locaux de cuisine, la refection des locaux agents et la location de batiments provisoires pendant les travaux. Les surfaces restructurees s'elevent a environ 8 000 metres carres et les extensions sont de 1 000 metres carres environ. A titre previsionnel les travaux devraient commencer: le 1.10.2012 pour la tranche ferme. Le 1.3.2013 pour la tranche conditionnelle no1 (Chaufferie bois). Le 1.6.2013 pour la tranche conditionnelle no2 (Chaufferie gaz). Les delais d'execution de chacune des tranches sont les suivants:. Tranche ferme: 22 mois. Tranche conditionnelle no1: 8 mois.
