La residence des personnes agees deja renovee, implantee sur une parcelle de 2 476 m2 a l'angle des rues Sarrazin et Paul Santy, n'est pas concernee par le reamenagement. Toutes les constructions devront s'inscrire dans les nouveaux engagements climatiques de la Ville de Lyon a l'horizon 2030 et viser l'atteinte d'un niveau de performance Energie Carbone le plus eleve possible (E4 C2 pour le groupe scolaire et proche de E3 C2 pour les deux autres batiments).Awards
