Cet ouvrage s'inscrit dans une demarche environnementale visant des objectifs eleves en terme de consommation d'energie, puisqu'il sera le premier lycee BEPOS de la Region Midi-Pyrenees. A titre previsionnel les travaux devraient commencer en septembre 2014 pour la tranche ferme et juin 2015 pour la tranche conditionnelle 1.
