La presente consultation est organisee sous la forme d'un appel d'offres ouvert en application des articles 67 et 68 du decret no 2016-360 du 25.3.2016. Le marche est passe sous la forme d'un accord-cadre, au sens de l'article 78 du decret no 2016-360 du 25.3.2016, conclu avec un seul attributaire. Toutes les stipulations contractuelles etant fixees par l'accord-cadre, le marche sera execute au fur et a mesure de l'emission de bons de commande conformement a l'article 80 du decret precite. Les bons de commande pourront etre emis jusqu'au dernier jour de validite du marche sans que leur duree n'excede d'un mois l'echeance du marche. Les quantites sont fixees par les bons de commande emis en execution du present marche en fonction des besoins de la collectivite. Il n'est pas fixe de montant minimum. Le montant maximum annuel ne depassera pas 100 000 EUR HT.Awards
