Le batiment comporte 2 niveaux: -- un rez de chaussee comprenant les bassins et equipements decrits ci-avant, le hall d'accueil, la zone administration, la zone vestiaires, -- un sous-sol enterre non accessible au public comprenant les locaux techniques, et les vestiaires reserves au personnelle. Delai d'execution du marche est de 20 mois comprenant 2 mois de periode de preparation et 18 mois de travaux.
