Afin de mener ce projet, un groupement de commandes a ete constitue entre le syndicat mixte des transports en commun de l'agglomeration grenobloise (coordonnateur) et Grenoble-Alpes Metropole. Le coordonnateur agit en tant que pouvoir adjudicateur. Ce projet donnera lieu a la mise en place d'un partenariat d'innovation avec un seul operateur economique, pour un montant estime de 980 000 EUR HT.
