Le present appel d'offres ouvert est soumis aux dispositions des articles 33 3o alinea et 57 a 59 du code des marches publics. Les prestations feront l'objet d'un marche a bons de commande sans minimum, ni maximum passe en application de l'article 77 du code des marches publics. Les bons de commande seront notifies par le pouvoir adjudicateur au fur et a mesure des besoins. Le marche est conclu pour une duree de 1 an et peut etre reconduit par periode successive de 1 an pour une duree maximale de reconduction de 3 ans, sans que ce delai ne puisse exceder le 30.8.2020. Le montant presume des commandes susceptibles d'etre passees pendant la duree du marche s'eleve a 600 000 EUR HT pour 4 ans.Awards
