Les delais d'execution des prestations sont laisses a l'initiative des candidats. Les candidats devront disposer: - des attestations de certification " diagnostic de performance energetique ", - de competences certaines dans le domaine considere, ainsi qu'une experience et des references averees pour des missions similaires.
