Les lots 3, 4, 5 et 6 seront des marches a bons de commande avec un minimum mais sans montant maximum.Pour les procedures europeennes, les marches a bons de commande de l'article 77 du code des marches publics doivent etre regardes comme des accords-cadres avec un seul operateur economique au sens de la directive 2004/18 du 31 mars 2004.a titre indicatif, les travaux debuteront a compter de janvier 2013 pour une duree de 20 mois.
