Le marche est un accord-cadre a bons de commande defini aux articles 78 et 80 du decret ndeg 2016-360 du 25.3.2016 relatif aux marches publics. Les bons de commande prendront la forme de mails envoyes par Metz metropole des qu'un besoin se presentera. Pour chaque lot, la premiere periode du marche debute de la notification du marche au titulaire au 31.12.2017. Par la suite, le marche est renouvelable 2 fois une annee, par tacite reconduction. En application des dispositions de l'article 38 de l'ordonnance ndeg 2015-899 du 23.7.2015 relative aux marches publics, l'execution du marche comporte une clause obligatoire d'insertion par l'activite economique.Awards
