Ce lycee regroupera des formations professionnelles, techniques et generales, avec une forte coloration numerique (lycee du digital). Il comprendra des locaux d'enseignement, un service de restauration, un internat de 64 lits, des locaux d'accompagnements (administration, vie scolaire, CDI, foyer des eleves, etc.), des locaux de maintenance, des logements de fonction, des installations sportives exterieures et des aires de stationnements pour les voitures et bus scolaires. Au total, les surfaces a construire representent environ 16 000 m2 de surfaces de plancher. Le terrain d'assise de l'operation, d'une superficie de 9,1 ha, est situe sur le site de Magre sur la commune de Gragnague (31380). Une reserve fonciere est prevue pour l'implantation d'un gymnase.
