🇫🇷 KERVAL CENTRE ARMOR, syndicat de traitement sur la zone centrale des Cotes d'Armor, est un nouveau syndicat ne au 1er janvier 2014 de la fusion de 4 syndicats de traitement qui rayonnaient sur la zone centrale des Cotes d'Armor. Il a en charge le traitement des dechets menagers de 13 EPCI adherentes. Sur ce territoire de 310 000 habitants, 24 decheteries collectent approximativement 100 000 tonnes de dechets par an. La part la plus importante etant composee de dechets verts (40%).Au court des dernieres annees, ces tonnages de dechets verts n'ont cesse de progresser rendant d'autant plus complexe leur gestion aussi bien d'un point de vue technique que financier.Depuis le debut de l'annee 2015, l'organisation territoriale du territoire a evolue avec la prise de competence " traitement " par le syndicat mixte Kerval Centre Armor. Auparavant geree de facon individuelle par les EPCI locales, la gestion des tonnages est dorenavant regroupee a l'echelle du territoire syndical. Cette " massification " des tonnages entraine des difficultes, notamment au niveau de la recherche d'exutoires conformes aux reglementations en vigueur, mais elle offre egalement l'opportunite d'etudier et d'initier des methodes et moyens de gestion alternatifs et complementaires.L'objectif du syndicat est donc de :- Realiser un etat des lieux de sa gestion des dechets verts- Promouvoir des actions de reduction des tonnages- Obtenir un inventaire des outils reglementaires susceptibles de valoriser les dechets verts sur le territoire de Kerval- Realiser un recensement des differents modes de valorisation des dechets verts - Mettre en place un plan de gestion des dechets verts a l'echelle du territoire- Adopter un schema de maitrise durable des couts induits par le traitement des dechets vertsKERVAL CENTRE ARMOREUR 42,3402015-12-03
