Damit sollen kunftig alle ortlichen Rettungs- und Sicherheitsorganisationen, also Polizei, Feuerwehr und DRK, unter einem Dach angesiedelt werden.Mit der bisherigen Planung ist die Architektengruppe Wittmann aus Heidenheim beauftragt. Die bisherige Planung ist zwingend zu ubernehmen und wird in der 2. Stufe des Verfahrens zur Verfugung gestellt.Mit der weiteren Planung soll unverzuglich nach Abschluss des Verfahrens bzw. Beauftragung begonnen werden.Aktuell ist die Entwurfsplanung abgeschlossen und das Baugesuch wird in den nachsten Wochen eingereicht.Die Gesamtbaukosten betragen voraussichtlich ca. 12,0 Mio. EU brutto (KG200-700).Die Bauausfuhrung soll 2024 beginnen und eine Fertigstellung ist fur Ende 2025 geplant.Awards
