Buying unitnot reported Publication date2014-01-14 Contest statusnot reported DescriptionDer Auftraggeber beabsichtigt den Neubau eines Sportcamps mit etwa 100 Gastezimmern, Seminarraumen, Kuche, Speiseraume, Verwaltungsraume, Lager etc. sowie einer Dreifeldsporthalle, eines Kunstrasenspielfeldes, weiterer Sport- und Aussenanlagen sowie oberirdischer Parkplatze. Der Beherbergungs- und Seminarbereich umfasst eine Bruttogeschossflache von etwa 6 000 m2, die Bruttogeschossflache der Dreifeldsporthalle betragt etwa 1 400 m2, das Kunstrasenspielfeld hat eine Abmessung von ca. 65/105m. Hierfur stehen Grundstucke mit einer Gesamtflache von mehr als 60 000 m2 zur Verfugung. Das verfahrensgegenstandliche Vorhaben wird mit Mitteln des Freistaat Bayern gefordert, das Raumprogramm wird noch mit dem Zuschussgeber abgestimmt. Das Projekt bedarf noch der Zustimmung des Entscheidungsgremiums des Auftraggebers, das Anfang Mai uber die Umsetzung abstimmen wird. Der Bewerber bewirb sich auf auf die Gefahr hin einer ausbleibender Zustimmung und kann daraus keine Regressforderungen/Entschadigungen ableiten. Die verbindlichen Kostenobergrenze fur die Realisierung der verfahrensgegenstandlichen Baumassnahme betragt voraussichtlich 22,0 Mio. EUR brutto (KGr. 200-700 nach DIN 276). Die derzeit angegebene Kostenobergrenze stellt die maximale Kostenobergrenze dar und darf wahrend der Planungs- und Bauphase nicht uberschritten werden. Die Planungsleistungen sind nach Wirtschaftlichkeit und Sparsamkeit zu optimieren. Ausgeschrieben werden Projektleitungs- und Projektsteuerungsleistungen gem. Schriftenreihe Nr. 9 ,,Projektmanagementleistungen in der Bau- und Immobilienwirtschaft" der AHO Fachkommission, Stand 2009. Zunachst ist im Hinblick auf den aktuellen Projektentwicklungsstand eine stufenweise Beauftragung der Projektmanagementleistung vorgesehen.Awards
